Refund Policy

At Qashvor, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the product and packaging.

As our products include consumable food items such as saffron, dry fruits, raisins and honey, returns may not be accepted simply because you have changed your mind. Natural variations in colour, size, texture or appearance are not considered defects by themselves.

Where a return, replacement or refund is approved, Qashvor will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution. Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method. For assistance, contact support@qashvor.com with your order number and details of the issue.
